If I were to explain my whole experience with this company I would have to write pages of complaints. To make a long story short, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They were late arriving and on delivery, they lied about weight, they tried to demand $1600 more than what they were supposed to and then once they have your items they never answer the phone. Without telling you, they sub-contract a driver so you have no idea where your belongings are or when they will arrive.

 We finally got our belongings because we had to get the FMSCA, DOT, and the police involved at delivery to prevent them from taking off with our things. We demanded a re-weigh at delivery and would not pay the outrageous price they were telling us we owed, which was not the price on our contract. Once we had the re-weigh we found out that they lied about the weight of our belongings in order to try and get more money from us. They did not want to follow laws that were clearly stated on the back of their contract. On top of that, I have a wardrobe sized box that is not ours and they will not answer me on how to find out who it belongs to. I am also missing a box with my wedding dress and many of our things are damaged.

If anyone has a similar situation with this company please contact the FMSCA. If anyone is missing a box or has my box please let them know.
