On October 17, 2011 I made an online purchase of several items. As of October 31st, I was still missing (1) item. I logged on to my account with them and filled out on online inquiry to their Customer Service Department. After receiving no response by the next day, I submitted a second inquiry. I waited (3) days but still no response. Finally, I called customer service on the phone. After being put on hold for over 20 minutes, the Representative came on to tell me that they had not submitted my order to the manufacturer. He said he would resend it. Only time will tell if I ever get my purchase.

If customer service has any importance to you, I would recommend trying one of the other online medical supply businesses. This company sure doesn't mind bombarding you inbox with sales solicitations but once you have paid for your order they pretend you don't exist.
