 One of the worst auto experiences we have ever had. BE CAREFUL. This body shop took over 8 weeks to fix a front end damage. One can build a spaceship faster. The owner kept promising the car will be ready each week for three weeks and without even calling when he delayed he just ignored it until i called. Messages went unanswered for days. Excuse after excuse, and all unsubstantiated, that he got wrong parts or insurance was delayed. If he provided me proof, i would be ok. When the car was "ready" to pick up, it was not done. He claimed some paint scratches on the car that he agreed to repaint, was not discussed. Totally wrong. He refused to talk about it, AFTEr he had collected insurance money. No apologies, and cost us extra payments and rental car. Bat the end he threatened if we wrote a yelp review he would ruin our business. Unprofessional. I would not use them ever.
