We have hauled a load for Allen Lund Company back in Nov 2011 from Tucker GA to Westfield MA. They abused their power of big company and negociated us to a very low amount and then did not treat us fairly and did not keep their promise of paying for the fuel advance either. Later on they kept on playing the game of not this address but that address you need to send the bill to. After trying a few times we gave up on it they stopped returning our calls and we went to their bond and all others but never got paid. BOL ref#599756

We handle 250, 000 shipments per year. This carrier had a dispute with us. The contract they signed with us clearly states how disputes are to be handled. They would not take our calls to work it out and then sued us in NJ in clear violation of the contract THEY AGREED TO. It cost us more than the disputed amount to defend ourselves. We offered settlement before the hearing but the carrier would not discuss a settlement. When the court agreed with the signed contract the carrier then wanted even more money. It is a very unfortunate situation but it is in no way indicative of how we operate. We wish this carrier all the best in the future.
