Jim Allen owner of Allen Motors Cars Inc. is the biggest lowlife theif to deal with Buyer Beware if you decide to by or sell a car with Jim or his company you will get scammed and robbed. I personally have bought and sold close to a million dollars worth of cars from Jim and I thought he was a friend but i was very wrong about that.

Jim Allen is in the process of getting a class action lawsuit put upon him for selling peoples vehicles on consignment and telling them that there car was sold for much less than the vehicle was actually purchased for. So far there are seven people that have been ripped off and if you believe you might have been misrepresented please post a story or feel free to email me (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))@gmail.com as we need more people for our case!

All these people including myself have asked for a bill of sale showing what the cars have sold for and Jim will either put you off intill you just give up or if you have take him to small claims court as one of the people in my party did this year he will come up with a bill of sale that is just fabricated. To top things off i brought my prestine condition 1999 ferrari 360 modena to sell on consignment in 07-08 and Jim let one of his brokers that works with him(Jim says he doesn't know him yet Brian Ciara stops by Jims dealership three to four times a week and they are buddies to the point of having weekly cocktails yet Jim assures people he does not know Brian) so going back to my story Jim decided to let Brian take the car for a joyride and put different plates on the the car so Brian could go out for the night and Brian crashed my car drunk and high on cocaine into the Oak Park Cities sign at 100mph plus while trying to race another car completly intoxicated. The car was completely totaled and caused $20,000.00 plus in civic damages to the city of Oak Park in which i know have a judgement i cannot afford to pay for on top of my 110,000.00 vehicle that is know gone. Jim tried to have me sign a bill of sale to Brian Ciara his friend to release him of liabilty at least he thought. He was only looking out for himself as usual and left me screwed. I am know in the process of another legal suit towaed Jim re: my Ferrari he truly does not care of the damage it has caused my Family and I he truly is a horrrible businessman and human being!!!

Please i beg u as consumers go to a reputable dealer and get your car because i have seen what the cars look like before you get them and Jim does horrific minimal repairs you will 9 times out ten get a lemon as most of my friends cars are that were purchased from him. Also if you are a bank or lender beware this man makes his own paychecks stubs and various documenation for his clients who could never qaulify normaly that is why he gets away with selling his overpriced lemons!!!!
Again there are many reputable companies in which to find a vehicle or sell one Allen Motors Inc. will lead you down a road of misery and problems. Please consumer take this story to heart and dont be like me having to work it out the hard way!!!!!
