Thus guy is the darkest side of the collecting industry. Anyone who has ANY basic knowledge of autographs can see his site for what it is. So as he keeps responding to this report under various ficticious names, hires companies to move complaints about his site and seedy operation to the bottom when anyone researches his web site. Ask just ONE question , find ONE autograph on his site that will pass 3rd party authentication like PSA or JSA. Of course he will respond with some story badmouthing such an idea. Also ask him about Temple's Forensic program because according to a Google search there is no such program. Also ask him about the American Forensic Association he says he belongs to on his website, doesn't seem to exist.

Ask him HOW he could possible sell a James dean signed photo for $600, because if they were even close to REAL Every autograph collector would order 100 of them (and Radwill would probably have them ready in 24 hours), because we could easily sell them for $5000 each! BUt, let's just ask him for just ONE, autograph that he has posted authenticated by one of the major services recognized by the industry. JUST ONE!

For those that claim the autographs are authentic, try selling them....Any expert will uncover the truth.

Right, what you don't get, Is that he also "said" they were genuine. By sending the items back before receiving a refund here is what happens:

1) I take the risk of him still not refunding. Liars Lie Afterall!!

2) I spend more money by posting them. Good money after bad!

3) By sending back without a refund, I have no legal recourse, as the evidence (the fraudulent, faked autographs) are now out of my posession.

I HAVE taken legal recourse now.

I HAVE reported this to the FTC
And obviously to the Rip Off Report.

Mr Allen alleges that he has 100% Ebay feedback...blah blah....Guess what, he doesn't sell his Autographs on Ebay, just records.

He claims to be a member of 4 so-called professional bodies. Try finding proof that they exist.... He has Imagined them. Should he be able to provide proof of their existence, then I'll gladly forward my findings to each and every one of them.

He says he'll give you a refund as soon as you return the product. Isn't that how it always works on internet purchases?

I'm sorry to hear about your signed photos not apearing to be authentic. Im afraid i wasn't at work the day that you bought your items in. However, the person that you did deal with regarding your signed photos, as well as my manager, have both comfirmed for me that the autographs are not genuine. Because this is the case, the items won't be put into auction via Fraser's Autographs and we wouldn't be interested in buying them.
