Allen Railroad Consulting, allen Railroad.com, arc-tech, Steve Allen Ripoff dishonest fraudulent charges & owes back wages Stanton Kentucky, Indiana
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: have you been paid what you are owed
This company is a joke they will get you to pay for a fra 213 class which cost $15oo. The class is only a week long. I worked for them for about three mths, before I even took the class. They have you travel all over the place telling you they'll pay for your hotel room & give you like $12. a day for food & so much for milage, if you drive your own car. To make this a little bit shorter, they owe me somewhere around $4 to $5000. in back wages. Me and some other people they owe won a case against him in court but i still haven't seen a dime. I see he's still trying to rip people off by taking this $1500 fra 213 class which will get you nowhere.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
have you been paid what you are owed

i am wondering what avenues you tried to collect your earnings from allen railroad and how many others were involved that did not receive pay. Did you work in the office or did you do railroad repair work for them? I am in the same position as you, as well as two others that i know of. We may never see our money but I am going to try anyway. What i would like most of all is a cease and desist business order, that is what they deserve.
