Gershon AllerAir Industries Did not give refund. No Retrun Policy SAINT-LAURENT Quebec Canada

I purchased this purifier direct from Aller Air for $599. I spoke to Gershon, he was soft spoken and friendly on the phone when ordering.

After I received the purifier in mint condition, I was not happy with it because I believe the carbon smell from the carbon filter gave me a sore throat every morning and I had trouble sleeping because of the fan noise even on the low setting. The air flow was very poor too.

I decided to return this purifier but Aller Air was now not responding. I finally called then and spoke to Gershon. He informed me that there would be a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Aller Air has never provided me with their return policy, nor do they have a return policy on their website and I told him that this is illegal.

The next conversation I had with Gershon, he told me that I can return it but I will have to pay for the filters and shipping. That is over 50% of the purifiers original cost.

I should have checked ripoffreport.com before buying from these crooks. I learned this lesson dealing with Aller Air (Another fraudulent company from Quebec Canada)
