Business Owners: Hey Y'All, You have been lied to scamed and then had your face rubbed in the vile that AAA had left in its tracks. Call your Analysts that came to see you...there names and numbers are on the initial paperwork sent to you. You will find that none of them are "contracted out" by AAA any longer or they have changed their #, try hard enough and you can find them, google their names, some you see here already on ripoff.

They are the ones that had the freedom to tell you whatever they wanted just to get a check or CC from you...and do you know why??? BECAUSE THEY GOT A BIG FAT COMMISSION of about 40% off your money they turned in...long before you even got your valuation. Of course you were told that their services were already paid for...ha WRONG!

Some may have left once they realized what they were doing was wrong, but most have just moved on to another company who has broken off (by X-private contractors of AAA)Others are still holding on just so they can get their last paycheck from RH...so they think

Maybe some of them will have a heart and refund some of your money...but I doubt it, They are already off to work for one of the several copycat companies doing the same thing! YUp thats right folks...chances are you will be hit up again by another analyst from another company with the SAME paperwork and the same song and dance.

Call the Attny General, hopefully they can help you... or at least it may make you feel better.

RANDY HICKS: you have managed to make many ememies out there and you should have been a little bit nicer to those that worked with you.
what was your motto? "we want to hire people not fire them"? Maybe you should have stressed that a little more with your significant other.

Analysts: YOUR NOT REALLY HELPING BUSINESS OWNERS, you RIPPED them off. You are/were selling a product making these people believe that AAA has a buyer that will buy their business. You know better and should be ashamed of yourselves. You feel safe because you are a private contractor just delivering a message and playing geek accountant for a day, but you should think long and hard before you go work for one of the other companies recruiting you to do the same thing. How heartless are you to look an elderly couple who worked their whole life for everthing they have and then "Play on fancy words and numbers" to take a check sometimes up to 20k taking 8k for yourself knowing it is everything they have?? I pitty you, just think of your parents or Grandparents...if they are business owners chances are they are being hit up by someone in the industry.

Ya know business owners, most of the analyst would even just make up a dollar amount they thought they could get from you even if it was more than AAA required...because it meant more money for them. I guess when you make more than the President of the U.S. you feel you can do and say whatever you want to keep making money.
Appointment Setters: The first contact with the business owners, most of you have always been in the dark and have been told that the business would be sold or the client would get their money back, but you know have read the truth and therefore are responsible to make a choice between right and wrong. You will be just as bad as everyone else with AAA if you continue to support this monster it starts with you and it can end with you.

Employees that are no longer with AAA: The best thing that could have happened to you is getting fired. Now go get a honest job and sleep well at night.

Employees still there: What is being offered to you that you are willing to put up with this? Is it because it is family??? How can you still be taking all the complaint calls and live with yourself knowing what you are doing to these poor people???

Other Guilty Parties: All of you still feeding the industry...this too will spill over to you.
DO any of you know how to actually make an honest living? True, it may not be 300-500k per yr, but you wouldnt have to look over your shoulder or keep reading ripoffreport to see what is going to happen next! Maybe you all are just waiting to see your name fancied on the internet as thieves. Dont worry, best bet is it wont be long. Wouldnt your mothers will be proud.

I can only speak for myself, but it is far better to learn the lesson now and step into the light rather than to stay in the darkness. I saw those of us trying to do the right thing terminated, trashed and lied to. At least three of the people heaved out the door by RH were single parents. I know that Ga is an at will state, and it benefits both the employer and employee. But tell that to a child when they are hungry! You really get tired of reading the same script over and over when you know that it is BS.

Bottom line, keep up the pressure on RH

Melvin: I was there before you so I know what you went through! RH has the habit of terminating people , sometimes for no reason at all - just to prove he has the balls in the family. I heard that he once held a meeting and told everybody that they were "fired", but that the new guy was going to hire themn to work for him. Maybe Melvin can provide more insite. The facts are that Alliance 'taint going to give any money back to any client.


If they did, the clients would be lining up to rebutt the statements out here and RH would have a statue carved in his honor. Must not be the case because it is unusually quiet out there, just like before the storm (justice) hits. Maybe it is just the "new" phone system 'cause you rarely get to talk to a real person. RH should give the receptionist a big raise, she is not only one of the most pleasant people to talk with, she is generally the only person available. While he is giving her a raise, he should also give her an airsick bag so that every time she has to spew his message, she can spew into the bag. The scales of justice are tipping our way.

I am ashamed ex employee of AAA and not because of the company but because of the morals I was brought up by. I'm not gonna get into details on AAA but I must say I haven't read a false statement yet. EVERYTHING IS TRUE...some of you know the process so well maybe you can work at AAA.lol

As I sat and watched REFUND request letters passed by and business owners get RIPPED OFF, LIED TO and MISINFORMED...something told me to leave but because of the economy I needed the money so I remained employeed at AAA.

Nevertheless, i was recently terminated without any notice what so ever....thanks randy
