Alliance Law Center San Diego Starting 07After many futile attempts to drag answers out of ALLIANCE LAW CENTER being passed from one attorney to another I contacted my lender yesterday ,Indy Mac and was told that my package has been INCOMPLETE since March '08 I was told I'm in foreclosure San Diego California

I am giving them to this friday coming up to refund my money ($3800).
I was informed by an attorney Garry Le Fleur that he cannot provide any information in regards to my case because "he is not Authorized to" what ever that means...if not I will be also filling a suit too. you can contact me in regards to the classaction to(((ROR REDACTED))) I am also reporting to the state bar.

i also talk to them and they promise me that it will only take 3 to 4 months to do a loan modification. I send them my money $3000.00 time went by and now my house is going into foreclosure and they did nothing to help me at all now they dont want to give me my money back. lets all get together and sued them for scammig people money

It was very nice of you to place your respone about doing business with the company (you're employed by) and stating that it's best if you can "meet face to face" to avoid being scammed. You have just verified the fact that Alliance Law Center is a Scam.

Your company has assured me that theyld carry out the necessary steps to get a loan modification with my lender ( I have a signed contract with Alliance Law Center "guaranteeing their work"). This along with your comments on Rip Off should suit me well when I complete filing my small claims lawsuit.

only do business with people in your area, meeting with them face to face ( and know where to find them if things dont work out) will reduce your chances of being scammed.

Any legitimate law firm that will handle a loan modification case in the current market condition with thirteen attorneys is absurd in this real estate market. In my particular case the last contact that Alliance Law Center of San Diego had with my lender Indy Mac was march 24 2009. My Guess is you had only 10 Attorneys' on staff at that time. At which time Alliance Law Center of San Diego was informed the paper work was incomplete and not in compliance with the proper loan modification documents requested by the lender. My home is SCHEDULED TO BE SOLD THE END OF JUNE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS. I just registered with JudgeJudy.com as a backup option. I also have other intentions on exposing SCAMS within the loan modification industry. If anyone else has any similar situations with Alliance Law Center of San Diego. Our office has resolved this client's concerns, and due to the attorney-client privilege, we may not divulge specific information about the facts. We anticipate that our client would now take a different position than the one they took at the time of this complaint.

We can indicate that Indymac made some major changes to it's submission guidelines between February and April. Specifically, they required the re-submission of all files which had been submitted under the old guidelines. There was also a period when Indymac did not accept submissions, and that period only ended relatively recently with the release of their new underwriting guidelines.

While it is true that our client's frustration was justified in some regard because of communication issues with our firm, we have moved aggressively to address such issues. We now have a staff of 13 lawyers, and we are continuing to hire. We have also made major changes in all aspects of our firm to address client services.

During the past month, we have also relocated our offices, resulting in some unexpected server and voip system downtime. In fact, we can indicate that our frustration with CBeyond Communications, our telephone provider, has exceeded the bounds of anything we contemplated could occur.

Our firm is staffed with high quality attorneys, and we take our clients' cases very seriously. We possess a wealth of knowledge related to both predatory lending and both state and federal law violations in loan transactions. We use these tools as we negotiate on behalf of our clients. We litigate where necessary, doing whatever is in our power to ethically represent our clients.
