I have just found out that the bar is taking over this company! I hope that is right because no one there will return my phone calls all the extensions are shut down and my e mails or calls not returned! I have been passed around for 6 months with this law firm. No one ever knows what is going on. The paralegals are always quiting so the next person who has your file has no idea what is going on. Then they call or e mail you to re-submit all your paper work! I have 3 loans in foreclosure, yes foreclosure not default. I had a sale date on a 3 million dollar property set to sell tomorrow when I called the lender they said it was postponed! Alliance Law who was suppose to be handling this, now they are no where to be found. I will be calling the bar tomorrow to see if they indeed have taken over this firm and who will be handling this. If not I will need to call the lenders (3 lenders) and try and work this all out myself. I gave Alliance Law $15,000 of my money to handle this!
