Richard A.Weller the owner and Harvey the maintenance man don't come and fix your stuff that is broken inside your apartment at 2922 West Wells Street,609 North 31st Street,29th and Kilbourn Ave,2004 South 19th Street and 10th and Lapham Ave.

At 2922 West Wells Street,A black lady and her husband were living in Apt 201 Their kitchen sink in their apartment was stopped up,The owner and maintenance man never came to apartment 201 to fix the kitchen sink,The tenants had to wash their dishes in the bathtub,It took the maintenance man a long time the fix the kitchen sink. In Apt 108,A white girl and her Pacific Islander boyfriend's bathroom toilet was not working,They knocked on my door Apt 109and Apt 107's door to use the toilet.It took the owner and the maintenance man a long time to fix the toilet.

In 2010 Apartment Manager LB Gibson rented an apartment to an elderly white man in his 70's,The white man tenant was always cooking on top of the stove,He was always falling asleep on his couch while his food was burning on top of the stove.The smoke alarm goes off His apartment be full of smoke, He was damaging property by breaking tenants mailboxes.He was overflowing the bathtub and the toilet thet messed up my bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling, He got evicted in 2011 because he was always doing that trying to set the apartment building on fire.

In 2013,My kitchen ceiling,Bathroom ceiling and Kitchen cabinet was leaking and dripping with brown water,I told the owner and the maintenance guy about the water leak and the water damage,They never came by apartment to fix and to plaster my ceiling,I have to move out because the owner and maintenace guy never fixed and never plastered my ceiling and my bathroom mirror was broke and it was never fixed inside my bathroom.

At 609 North 31st Street,A Black guy who was living in Apt 110 his bathroom ceiling was about to collapse,The owner and maintenance guy never came and fix his ceiling,That's why,He moved out

They come by and fix your stuff when you move out of apartment.

At 609 North 31st Street The apartment manager will evict you if you call the police on a tenant who's messing,picking,and harassing you.

Do not rent to Alliance of Milwaukee LLC and Anchor of Milwaukee no more,because if you do,they give you a bad name and They will mess you up.Do not trust them!!!
