Shamefully enough I worked for this company.

I was conned into quitting my high status, well paying job for the promise of a very competitively high paying commission and management opportunities for this company.

The second I was on board without warning, or a proper email or explanation the promised commission was cut in half. They refurse to put anything in writing because this would prevent them from conning and swindling even their sales people.

On top of this every contract I got to stage a house was botched and destroyed by the level of quality they produce.

A specific example of this:

 when I got a contract on a newly constructed, very high end town home valued over $500,000. They put college student roommates in the home as their "quality home managers". I immediately got calls from the owner absolutely beside himself. The neighbors were calling complaining about the rift raff that moved in next door. He requested that our "quality home managers" move out immediately! Later I found out that our  "quality home managers" had left a nice huge red wine stain on brand new white carpet! Realtors and home owners beware of this company!!!

Another example:

 $700,000 newley remodeled home I had a contract to stage on. The "quality home managers" this company wanted to use had a 50-70 lb dog. I said I would not stand behind the decision to move them into this home so I made the owner of the company approach the Realtor with this for approval. He told the Realtor it was a purse dog! Strike one! Then the Realtor made it very clear that they could not move in until we got the green light. The company told the home managers to begin moving their furniture in. The Realtor walked in to find home managers moving in and was greeted by a large dog! the Realtor called me immediately ranting about the size of the dog and how no one can occupy the property yet. Apparently the builder didn't even have the certificate of occupancy yet and that was why. Strike two. Then as weeks progressed and there were Realtor showings the "quality home managers" were given 24 hour notice of a showing and still when the house was shown the house was an absolute mess!! Strike three and the home managers were asked to move out. On top of all of this when I would approach the owners of the company about this situation their response was that the Realtor is a b***h and that's why we were having problems with her. Beyond that they blamed the dog on me, trying to say that I had told her it was a purse dog. When I had nothing to do with it.

They are on a mission to destroy their reputation and that of their sales team, beware!!!
