Alliance Youth Sports AYS Doesn't enforce their own rules. Does't discipline coaching staffs that casue problems for other teams, players and parents Chandler Arizona

DO NOT allow your child to join Alliance Youth Sports leagues. I have been a football coach in the Valley for many years and this league is the worst and here is why;

The football league is grade based which means this. If you have a 9 year old child who is in his proper grade for his age, they may be playing against kids that are 11, 12 or even 13 years olds because they may have been held back in school, sometimes they are held back just to play football at the lower levels so they look good, trust me I have seen this happen. Your child may only be 60-70 pounds and here come a kid that's almost 200 pounds because he is held back...this creates saftey issues due to the huge weight discrepentcy and marurity factor.

Next, Alliance promotes good sportsmanship but doesn't police its teams and/ or coaches. One team has the worst coaching staff I have ever seen in youth sports. They teach their kids to intimidate the other teams with foul language, unsportsmanlike play and the coaches themslevs try to start fights with other coaches and parents. Some of their coaches have yelled things directly to other teams players in an attempt to intimidate them. Alliance Youth Sports has fielded many complaints about this team and they do nothing to stop it. This team should have been kicked out of the league as they were the league they were in before.

Alliance Youth Sports does not enforce their sportsmanship rules. What does that say about an originazation that is suppose to promote fair play for all youths and then doesn't enforce their rules?

It is my opinion that this organization is the worst league for youth sports based on these reasons.

Youth sports is suppose to be about teaching young men and women about good sportsmanship on and off the field, team work, dedication, hardwork and how to be a student of the game of football.

I believe that all of these reasons I posted puts childrens saftety at risk and that is why I strongly urge parents to stay away from Allince Youth Sports.
