Allianz Travel Insurance Alliaz Global Assistance Bought travel insurance, tried to use because my wife is having eye surgery, but forms are too extensive, must be filled out by attending physical but this is an eye surgeon and too difficult to acces Internet, Virginia

Allianz travel insurance makes it so difficult to file a claim that you finally give up.
Phone wait is 10 to 15 minutes, cant understand the agent,  too many restrictions to successfully file the claim.
My wife is having 2 eye surgeries and she would like to have me there to drive and care for her.
I tried to cancel my flight, but too difficult to do so.
