A/R accounts severely past due. My provider number is TX 09150992. On numerous occasions I have contacted these individual representatives Penny Smith ,payments,Trey Lawhorn , EFT department from Allied via email or the phone. No one has contacted me back or even responded. 

Call the numbers given by Allied dispatchers no one answers. Call back in and am told "Oh, you have to call between 0830-0900 EST." Really, I can only call within a 30 min window? Hmm, I call guess what busy signal. Call using my cell it rings and then just disconnects. Now the number provided by THEIR STAFF is inoperable. We value our business partnership, but this type of egregious behavior is really cowardice. 

My company is owed over $7400.00 in back Accounts Receiavable payments.100's of non-paid Roadside Services invoices.  I personally thought that helping the customer was the most important, thus the reason for the large amount. I have since stopped accepting any calls from Allied: though they keeping coming in in droves. My company is not in the habit of extending interest free loans, but Allied seems to disagree by their blatant disregard of payments. 

If you are a start up Towing or Road Services Company I would caution adding them to your partner program. If you can afford to absorb lengthy A/R accounts and high Net Terms then proceed very cautiously. Keep aware of what is owed. On a side note you may even wish not to extend any credit terms and go the old fashioned route of credit cards upon receipt of work.

Should I get any response and payment for my already provided services from Allied Dispatch Solutions, I will update everyone!
