Allied Interstate Collections "Nelson" or "Elsa" Calls from 866-310-3882 & hangs up or breathes into phone, several times per week, then someone finally speaks & refuses to name who they are! Nationwide

Been receiving calls from 866-310-3882 for over 1 month. Caller from this number called several times without speaking & would hang up & breathe into the phone creepily, like a stalker. I was not sure if I had another stalker or not so I looked up the number & see they have complaints all over the place & that they have been sued at least in Minnesota. I have never heard of this company before & the person who called today (could not tell if it was a man or woman) refused to tell me who it was. Then, finally saying a name I could not understand, "Nelson" or "Elsa" I asked what they were calling for, again this person refused to answer, saying it was a business matter. I don't know what this company is or what shenanigans they are trying to pull, but their practices are illegal & unethical. Calling & hanging up repeatedly & refusing to identify oneself is considered harassment & this company can be sued for doing so. Because they have refused to identify themselves when calling, because they have not mailed me any documents & because they have called repeatedly & hung up on me when I answered, there is no way for me to know what they are calling about & I have no choice but to file a harassment complaint against this company. If you are being harassed by these low-life riff-raff bottom-of-the-trash-heap losers, then you should do the same.
