Allied Wallet Internet fraud of 80 pounds and 2 months of time. West Hollywood Internet

It all started in September when we applied for an merchant account with Allied Wallet. I took us two months of time to get the application approved.

Now they integrated their payment terminal on our site and added their logo as well. They asked us to pay for a 80 pound package on eacbs.com We bought the package, and they linked everything successfully.

Now all of a sudden, they mention that our application has been declined. They have basically scammed us to pay 80 pounds for a service that we did not want. It was their complaince team which required that service to be purchased.

80 pounds is not big amount, but the amount of time wasted in the communication and the way they treated us made write this report so that other small business's or start up's do not waist their time time with them. After all time is money and they have wasted 2 valuable months. They are highly unprofessional. These 2 months could have been used to get business going if it was taken care in a timely manner.

I will also be filing a case of fraud against them with Better Business Buruea.

Guys, please be aware of this company and do not deal with them. Hopefully, you will save time and money if you deal with any other card processor.
