FOR YOUR INFORMATION, IF YOU LOOK UP THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF "DEFAMATION (SLANDER/LIBEL)" IN MOST STATES YOU WILL FIND THAT IT CONSTITUTES "FALSE STATEMENTS INTENDED TO HARM". SLANDER = VERBAL, LIBEL = WRITTEN.

THE NUMBER ONE SUCCESSFUL DEFENSE AGAINST A LIBEL (WRITTEN DEFAMATION) SUIT IS "TRUTH". IN MOST CASES AND STATES YOU CANNOT BE SUED FOR DEFAMATION IF YOUR COMMENTS ARE TRUE AND FACTUAL.

THEY SIMPLY USED A SCARE TACTIC, AND IN MY OPINION, YOU WERE DUPED BY THEM A SECOND TIME.

Sorry, but the complaints on rip-off report cannot be removed & u cannot request rip-off report to remove any reports, don't be bullied buy any business!. The, only way to clear a business is to tell how they resolved your issues raised rip-off report does not remove, reports, the only way to clear the companies name is how they satisfied your complaint. I, do not know why people continue to think the reports can be removed. You, have every right to make this report like everyone else who have had unpleasant dealings with businesses, do not retract your statement. You should have researched this "Allinsuranceneedz.com" before you signed a contract with them, and when their lawyers started threatening you for posting your Rip Off Report, you should have grown some balls and told them to go to hell!

I have been contacted by attorneys representing Allinsuranceneedz.com. They state that the contract I signed "expressly represents that: "The Company does not warrant, guarantee or make any representation that a the website will generate any specific number of inquiries or revenue for Client". It is true that this statement is part of the contract and they have lived up to it completely.

The letter instructs me to delete my post on Rip-off Report.com in its entirety. I sent an e-mail requesting that my post be deleted from the Rip-off Report web site and received a response stating that their policy is to never delete any postings. They said that doing so would make them no better than the Better Business Bureau. GREAT! Now I need to post a rip off report about the Rip-off Report site!

I retract my previous statements about Allinsuranceneedz.com.

I have been dissatisfied with the the results of my subscription. My recommendation is to stick to the companies that charge per lead. Those companies permit you to cancel if you are not satisfied. I have also found the pay per lead companies in general to have responsive customer service.
