My Friend Mark had helped me bought X-men cartoon 1990s Series, which consist of 4 DVD. Firstly the DVDs do not all worked well. When they arrived they all had Dirty finger prints on them, and also they sent me 2 of the same DVD which means instead of sending disc 1 2 3 4. They had sent me Disc 1 3 4 & 4 so a large portion of the series is missing. I emailed them to let them know of the problem. The b*tches Anne and Jen kept emailing me back each time saying they apologised and send send a replacement. Each month I never got anything but the b*tches kept saying 'We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we are having a bit of a back log on that particular series, we are sorry about the delay, but we can assure you that your order will be shipped out expeditiously as soon as we receive the new stocks we will process your replacement order."

And yet I still have not received anything, they promised in their email that the DVD will arrived in 5 days with tracking code etc. NEVER received anything.

I still kept the email communication with the B*tches.

I am obviously very angry

My friend Mark does not want to take this further and just want to forget about it, but I feel that I should not let them get away with it.

You have actually copy and pasted your last reply. You didn't even bother to write a new reply, you didn't even bother to delete the duplicate "the the". Based on your last reply, I should have got my DVD this month, now I have to wait for another month. Another lie.

I hope the next time you shop you would be treated like this

Enough is Enough, if you read the history of this email you will see that the last 2 emails from you promised that I will received my DVD within 5 business days (this was by Jen) and early Novenber.

If you are me how would you feel about being treated like this? You have made me lost faith in humanity. I am a paid customer and yet this is what I get from you. You must be very proud of actions.

If GOD exist you would have been struct by lightning already as thou shall not lie. No more lies, will I ever see justice in this?

Thanks for the prompt reply. There are 2 defective discs, they are disc one and disc two. disc one _ keeps freezing. disc two_ has been made as disc 4 ( so i have 2 disc 4's and no disc 2.)

That was it. The order no. is 114036 and original transaction id is the same 114036.

The disc set is called: X-MEN CARTONN DVD COLLECION THE COMPLETE TELEVISION SERIES ON DVD.

Thanks for resolving this for me as i was (and still am) looking forward to this set being complete and working properly.

Please let me know when you will post me the replacement 2 discs.

I now had the opportunity to watch all the X-Men DVD and discovered that Disc 2 actually had the same Episodes as Disc 4. Starting with Xavier Remembers and finishing with Pryde of the X-men. Eventhough Disc 2 had 'Disc 2' printed on it. I am an X-Men fan and I know that I am missing all the Phoenix Sagas and the Dark Phoenix episodes which was supposed to be in Disc 2. I can not believe this is the kind of service you provide for your customers. I am happy to send them back to you if you need proof. But of course only at your cost, as I will NOT be paying anymore. This is one of the worse shopping experience I ever had, starting with 1) Postage took twice as long as stated by you 2) All 4 discs had very visible Black Finger prints on them 3) The second half of Disc 1 does not work properly 4) Disc 2 has disc 4's episodes on them, eventhough it was marked disc 2 I hope to hear from you soon and resolve this tragic experience.
