I ordered my Dish Networks on May 6th. It was installed in June of 08. I have had nothing but issues with the quality of service. The issue is that the video stops and the audio keeps going and then the video will catch up with the audio and you would miss what happens. I have had several technicians there and they fixed wiring, it still was not resolved. I had a tech come in and just tell me he was ordering me a new DVR receiver it came in and it was installed. Same issue happened again that same day. I contacted Dish Networks for again another tech to come out. They put in the work order for a tech and a field manager. The appointment was Labor Day between 12 and 5 NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED.

I called the dispatcher and she said she would find out were the Technician was. She never called back I tried 3 times to call her back and no one answered.

I told them at Dish I wanted the cancelation fee waived if it wasn't fixed this last time. They agreed.

answered. I got into a 45 min fight with my wife over this. I am tired of going back and forth to this house for the same issue. I have spent out of my own pocket 240.00 dollars in gas alone not to mention the time for the right back and forth. Since then I have contacted Allsat several times the first time them game me an email address on Sept 2nd which no one ever got back to me then today Sept 17th now the email comes back as no good. Dish says they can't help me because it was a 3rd party company and Allsat says they only have an email to their cancelation dept and they will not get back to me either I need some help with this issue.
