Well it all started about a year and a half ago. A friend turned me on to Allsportsmarket.com and it seemed super cool! It is a sports "dervitive" buying and selling "game" but with real money. I "invested" $250 and my "portfolio" was up to $500. Well, then I tried to withdrawl and SUDDENLY everything I and others submitted was NEVER enough. They came up with new forms, "audits", registration forms, credit guidelines etc. ANYTHING to keep somebody from withdrawing OUR money. THEN they put up a bunch of "shares" for their company ASM saying it was going public. They sold above 1,000,000 million shares between 25 cents and a dollar. (You do the math) As folks complained in the forums about not getting their withdrawls and looking for their "stock certificates" SUDDENLY the chat rooms and forums were CLOSED!
So, unless you had the emails of other "traders" you were s@#t out of luck!

So do NOT put money in this AND if you are like me and have had your "ACCOUNT PUT ON HOLD" let me know/post here. I have retained an attorney for a class action suit and contacted several state and federal agencies who are currently looking into this "penny stock" scheme.

POSTED: Wednesday, October 15, 2008

Just wondering if anyone had an update....

- with their withdrawals. Are you getting anywhere?
- with customer service?
- etc.

This looks to be a ponzi type scheme possible. Hard to say. I got some money out a couple years ago and have very little left in there.

Also, how's many penny stock doing? lol. I've got 20K+ shares - guess I shouldn't count on that for some time.

Take care all.

Is there a message board that people from ASM chat on? Interested in seeing what's going on.

Stock Certificates

AUTHOR: Jed - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 26, 2008

Allsportsmarket did not send out the ASM stock certificates. They sent out a piece of paper saying you own so many shares of some rainforest company. I own over 18000 of these stocks and they say the worth is so many Colon's (which is the Costa rican currency base). When you calculate Colon's to Dollars, it adds up to my 18000 stocks combined are worth less than 2 cents American. Each share cost more than the combined stated value! Suppossedly these "stocks" are just temporary and when they go public they will exchange them for the "real" ASM stocks that will be sold on a stock exchange. I don't know if this is a scam or not, but I just want to make sure that it's clear that they didn't send out the stocks that will be sold on the stock market, just worthless ones that can't be traded anywhere.

RE: AllSportsMarket - Chris Rabalais Penny Stock Scheme BEWARE!! Easy to Deposit but you NEVER can Withdrawl! Nationwide

AUTHOR: Asm Insider - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 24, 2008

Hi,
I have invested in this company (AllSportsMarket or ASM) as you have. One of my very good friends works for the company (and has been there since the beginning) so I am updated with all the info they are legally allowed to give me. What needs to be understood to realize what exactly is happening with ASM in order to accurately assess your situation is this...

First of all, there are serious legal stipulations here that ASM is required to follow through their process of becoming a publicly traded company, and these stipulations are completely out of the control of ASM. If you have invested with ASM and purchased "stock" in the company...(not the sports derivatives traded on their site, but "stock" in the actual company) then you are going to be effected by these laws. There was a period of time when you could trade (buy AND sell) these "stocks" on the ASM site.

Being that they are already involved in the process of becoming a publicly traded company, they have entered a stage of that process which does not legally allow them to trade these stocks... or to even talk about them or the company in many respects. It is a legal process which keeps insider information from being used in the wrong or illegal ways. This is basically what Martha Stewart went to jail for....sharing or gaining insider info and using it to her advantage.

ASM has made these stages in the process known through periodic emails to all members, not just ASMA1 stock holders, as well as posting information on their site notifying peolpe of these deadlines. If you wanted to sell all of the ASMA1 "stocks" you had purchased before this "quiet" stage of the process began you could have done so on ASM's website.

The next stage of the process will be a release of an IPO. This is done after all the necessary steps have been taken and approved by the SEC for the company to go public and be traded on a stock exchange, e.g. the NY Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq. This IPO (Initial Public Offering) is the first opportunity the public has to invest and buy stocks in that company after it is approved and before it actually enters and is fully traded on the stock market. And when the IPO is offered, that will be the point that you (if you have already invested in ASM, which is what I am gathering) will be able to sell the stock you have already invested in and hopefully receive the payout you had hoped for when investing in the company. This is the way people make BIG money on trading stocks. You find a company you believe in and get in when the company is "new" (when they offer their IPO or earlier, as you have done here). There is of course a higher risk, but there can also be MUCH higher rewards. These are things that you should know before you decide to invest in a company or buy stock. You must be aware of the processes involved as well as the risk, or any bad decisions (investment) can NOT be blamed on anybody other than the investor.

ALL stocks are a risk, but that is what makes them more profitable than putting your money in a savings account and earning $0.50/year in interest. When investing, you MUST remember. the greater the risk, the higher the potential rewards. and you MUST do your homework on the company!! If you invested in this company, hopefully you did so because you believed in the company's potential. If you did, then you must trust the process and be prepared for whatever might happen along that process.

If you have not yet received your stock certificates, it is very likely that you have not filled out some or all of the required documentation. I would contact customer support (help@allsportsmarket.com) or the legal department (legal@allportsmarket.com) and make them aware of your situation. They should be able to help you and instruct you on what to do....but I know there was deadlines for getting in that information so I can't guarantee anything but I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.

Finally, in my opinion, I believe you should feel lucky that you didn't trade those stocks and that you still have them. This company is doing VERY big things and your investment could pay off very handsomely in the very near future!!

I hope this helped.

No hidden agenda...promise.

AUTHOR: Jt - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 20, 2007

Al and John,

You are correct. My orginal investment $250 dollars and "earnings" totaled ONLY $500 dollars. I do not have any hidden agenda as hopefully you can tell.

Stealing is stealing. Be it 5 dollars or 5000 dollars or 5,000,000 dollars.

Again, all I am asking for is the money that was stolen, nothing more and nothing less.

As for the stock certificates, I would love for you to scan and email one to me. (Front and Back) You can cross any identifiable information off if that would make you feel more comfortable. It will help in the class action suit. (My attorney requested the information if you can so provide) "Penny Stock Scheme"

As for Bernie???? I am sure he has distanced himself once he learned that a part-owner of ASM owned an offshore betting site. If not maybe someone should tell him or forward this information to NHL offices in case Bernie is still involved somehow.

Hopefully now that this issue has made it to a public forum, more folks will have the avenue and ability to recover what was illegally taken. (stolen)

Trademark filings only - NOT S1 filings.

AUTHOR: Kf - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 20, 2007

I apologize to anyone who has been mis-lead or confused regarding the trademark filings. I posted on a forum discussing ASM and other sports derivative providers a link to the trademark filings. It was then posted on a social network site, which someone then assumed because the characters "S1" were on the copy/paste that "S1" refers to SEC filings/documents.

THAT IS NOT THE CASE!

The S1 is likely just the search string field for the US Trademark and Patent Office search engine. ASM has filed for Trademarks. That is all I have found and that is all I intended for anyone to know. Nothing more, nothing less. What you want to do with the information that ASM has not filed (that can be found via the SEC search engines) with the SEC and only with the Trademark and Patent Office is up to you.

ASM does steal

AUTHOR: Jl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 19, 2007

This is the same back and forth that has gone on for a couple of years now. Someone claims ASM is a scam, then a few of the same 10 supporters of ASM (JohhnyQ) come running to the rescue. In response to these specific rebuttals:

1. Stop trying to confuse people by saying that that ASM has S1 filings. Those are trademark filings only and are fairly meaningless.

2. You always say "well if you sent in your required forms and follow the rules you'll get your money." A) This is not true, lots of people who have filed all needed documents been waiting a year for their money(basewarrior). ASM sends some money to its dozen or so supporters to keep them happy. B) You always conveniently faily to mention that they change the rules constantly mid stream and even their terms of service. So yeah, they could change the rules tomorrow and say you can only get your withdrawal if you sever one of your pinkies and mail it in via certified mail. That doesn't mean that everyone who fails to do so is a rule breaker.

These manipulations by the few supporters ASM has left are just small tastes of how ASM manipulates its customers as a whole. Lots of misdirection, lies, and double talk. The only people who still support ASM are liars and crooks themselves.

SO WHAT ARE U REALLY SAYING??????????

AUTHOR: Al - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 19, 2007

well from what I read u have mixed emotions about ASM, I find it hard to believe that u are doing all this for $250. I have a feeling there is something u are not telling us. Why would Chris get your paper work and then put your account on hold??? Doesn't make sense. Oh and I guess Bernie Nicholls ( a hall of famer and ledgend of hockey) is involved?? Because he is there spokes person right??? and yes the latest check I saw was about 3 weeks ago. For the share certs, I got mine about 2 weeks ago, I will see if I can get a copy of it up for ya...they are pretty cool :)

One last question, what is the average life span of a penny scheme??

I hope for your sake and others I am wrong....

AUTHOR: Jt - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 18, 2007

Well, everything was sent and Chris was mad because myself and many others are smart enough to know what he is/was up to. I was told he PERSONALLY put my account on hold. I have talked to Alex from legal. He did not answer my emails until I informed Gaby of the pending class action suit. Would you like me to include his emails and my letters?

I am thinking not.

All the links you sent were from ASM and what does patents and trademarks have to do with going public? Please research/google "penny stock schemes" and it states that a few "select" payouts are given in order to look legit. I am sure those "checks" were from a few years back...Yes?

As I have said BEFORE, I wish everyone luck. And to those wonderful folks who have TONS of money "invested" in worthless stock certificates (did you ever get those?) If so please scan one and include. I hope your'e trust in Chris is rewarded. Truly I do.

Also, try Googling the Delaware based address for ASM and tell me what you get. If you are unsure ask me and I will tell you.

Again, I am only asking for my deposit and my earnings, nothing more and nothing less.

So you lost some money?

This is a trading market that trades shares of sport teams and individual sports. ALL sports are included from around the globe.

This is a stock market. In any market, there are some who win and some who lose. It has to be that way. The ones who lose are the ones who make the most noise.

There are MANY investors involved. I am sorry you lost money, but I don't plan on taking the same course.!

So please don't ruin it for all those who continue to do well and those who continue to try!!

Thanks,
John

ASM ( Allsportsmarket) ownership partner is also part of a group that owns an offshore GAMBLING Site.

Allsportsmarket enters the SBR Rating Guide at D. Players are advised to use caution. An ASM ownership partner is also part of the group that owns BetEmpire (SBR rating F) which is expected to close shortly. Empire is a low-limit sportsbook that focused on helping the new bettor through the wagering process.

Opps....looks like they are gone. Did ASM use their member's deposits from their customers to fund the sportsbook??? How can they go "public" if an ownership partner was a "bookie"? Looks like BetEmpire has gone under. Check out the link. I hope eveything works out for those nice "traders" I meet.

AllSportsMarket - Chris Rabalais Penny Stock Scheme BEWARE!! Easy to Deposit but you NEVER can Withdrawl! Nationwide

AUTHOR: Jt - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 08, 2007

They sold above 20 million shares between 25 cents and a dollar.
