I leased a place from this management company which consists of two ladies and their mother in a hole in the wall office space. They present themselves in a very unprofessional manner and do not even know the terms of the lease they have you sign. From the beginning there were items I was responsible for in my lease that did not even exist. the place I was renting was very old and things were falling apart left and right that I notified them upon moving in. They made me responsible for many of these items upon move out even though I called and told them it was like that when I moved in. They nickel and dime you when it comes to getting your deposit back. Don't expect to get it back. they twist the terms of the lease to make them on the right when in actuality you have a leg to stand on. They take advantage of you and has been doing it for years.any maintenance issues I had would be responded with a sarcastic remark as if I purposely broke something. simply put do not rent from these people they will be nice to your face but when it comes to getting your deposit back or them being understanding you will not get that from them.

on multiple websites they are clearly going on and writing positive comments after people leave negative ones. I don't buy that the previous complaint on this website was taken back and the person apologized for it. believe me when I say this review is true I have no reason to bash some company just for fun and I will never apologize for this review because it is the truth and people should know not to deal with them as renters or owners. good luck.
