Allstar Scooter LLC Unprofessional Dishonest Takes Advantage Macon, Georgia

repair jobs do not last past the first time riding the ATV after being out of the shop. Quote times for the repairs have been weeks longer than said. Purchased a brand new ATV from All-star Scooter in October 2011.

 Since being purchased the ATV has had it's carborator changed due to the amount of time it has been sitting in the showroom. I believe the company knowingly sold us this malfunctioning ATV taking advantage of the fact the client was younger.

 The clutch on the ATV has had to be changed multiple times after only one ride. The clutch will be changed and will once again break after first ride. Once ATV is dropped at shop it always seems that there is an issue with there quote time on when it will be ready. we call up on day it's supposed to be ready and they add another week on to that. within the 3 months of owning this ATV we have only rode it twice. the rest of the time its been in the shop.

We paid them in full on day of purchase and this is how they handle their business. Also we have been told different things from different employees and have been told that we need this part but ends up we need multiple parts. this is not how "new mechandise" is supposed to treat you.

 Company refuses to give a refund due to thier policy, thats perfectly fine except they are not following proper business practice. totally unexceptble seeing they have 2,100 dollars of our money and 3 months has passed. not to mention all the gas money that has been spent traveling to 20miles to the store and 20 miles back and having to buy one of those clutches out of pocket.
