Description of Complaint: After 2 mos of dealing with american heritage life insurance/allstate benefits my disability claim was denied, This happened only days after I filed a formal complaint with the florida insurance Commission after the company received the complaint I was contacted by someone at allstate on 6/16/2015 to tell me that they could not discuss my issue because I had filed a complaint,

Now today 6/18/2015 I see online the claim was denied due to wording allstate uses to deny claims for pre­existing conditions,It Seems ironic that until I started tweeting my issue's with this company and the complaint I filed with the insurance commission there was movement on the issue, Multiple calls and emails no one could tell me nothing other than your claim is in medical review but after I started shaking a few limbs there was action to deny, This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot since I am a veteran and still dealing with the VA.
