Allstate Financial Services Continued withdrawal from checking account without my permission. Threatened legal action after I asked them to stop. Las Vegas Nevada

Around June/July 2008 I had noticed that there was $115.00 being taken from my account by Allstate Financial Services. I foolishly assumed it was they Allstate Insurance who were taking the money for my auto insurance. Then in August I got a non-sufficient funds notice from Allstate Insurance, but my checking account was showing $115.00 still went to Allstate Financial Services.

I went online to see who these people were and the first hit on them was a rip-off. Called and talked with a Scott Fuller and asked why they were taking money out my account. They represented a credit card company, Orchard Bank, and he stated Allstate and I had a aggreement to have the money taken. I told him that agrreement wsa to have a SINGLE $115.00 payment taken out around April/May and that we would have to see about the next month. When I told Mr. Fuller about this, he became upset and told me if I stopped the payment, he would call the attorney and would send the sherriff around in 30 days to have be arrested and taken to court. This in turn got me angry and I reinterated that I did not want him to take any more money out of my account and if he wanted to send the sherriff, to go for it.

Well, he is still at it and I'm trying to keep him out of my account and maybe counter him in case they really plann to sue for fraud ( I put stop payment orders on my account for Allstate).
