PEOPLE! Do not use this company-scammers from the word go-do not believe any good reviews you may see-trust me-this company is horrible,unprofessional people doing the packing after being 5 hours late with no explanation from Jolee other than they couldn't find gas???? Movers playing on my excerise equipment, throwing things in a small, very small truck on top of each other,called for 3 weeks to find out of weight of shipment after Jolee and Sherry would not return calls (Sherry had a death in the family)read other reviews-seems like this is the excuse she always uses, movers damaged the walls and left black handprints on my walls, then storage is FREE-oh, don't be taken in by that-because on your final bill will be a HUGE surprise-storage handling charges-and when you call and ask Jolee about this surprise charge her answer is-"you didn't think we were going to handle it for free did you?" Uh, yeah, if you are going to charge "handling fees" don't you think you should tell people that up front or on paper??? Storage free-means nothing-a scam, then to get the furniture delivered we had to sign a form stating that we in lieu of them taking off the storage handling fee of $900 would not say anything bad about them, Jolee has 0 customer service skills and could care less about your shipment-proven by her words-"You don't know who you are talking to-I got your stuff"-nice, huh? Day of shipment the truck is a mess, clearly not a large enough truck to handle a 3,000 square foot home, the few furniture pads that were on very few pieces of furniture had holes in them so the furniture was badly, badly, damaged, every piece of my furniture was badly damaged, one futon was destroyed because it was not wrapped at all and rubbed against something in the truck, they make you pay up front before anything is unloaded, I see the movers standing on MY footstool inside the truck, furniture was being delivered to 3rd floor apt as they well knew, after awhile the movers stated they were going to eat and would be back after leaving 53 boxes and heavy pieces of furniture in the lobby, they never returned and calls that day along with emails and calls the next day to Jolee went unanswered,so myself and my husband with a HEART condition had to deal with this mess, so I stopped payment on the money orders and that is when she now decides to call me and stated "Oh, I didn't know anything about it, yeah, right!" On top of EVERY piece of furniture being severely damaged which to date haven't received and $$ for, the step stool the amatuers were using was missing along with some boxes and a 4ftx8ft picture-think they care? NO! When asked why they left and never came back the answer she gave was "Did you want to pay a stair charge?" WHAT??? She clearly knew it was going to the 3rd floor on top of which they never inventoried anything whatsoever and we were never provided a contract at all, this is not how PROFESSIONAL movers operate, trust me, I moved from coast to coast in the past with minimal damage, this was a 300 mile move that looked like the furniture had gone around the world and back. So, to make a long story short I have an attorney working on this case, this company goes by alot of different names. I would not lift the stop off the money orders so they tried to put it on my husbands charge card which he used to pay the deposit, BUT you see he did NOT authorize that charge, just another way they are trying to scam, read ALL the reviews about this company and you will see the same scenarios, Jolee never calls you back, Sherry has the same sob story over and over, they left one other clients furniture in her driveway and never returned!!!! Sound familiar??? READ THEM AND SEE the similarities. I not only have a lawyer but I am also reporting them to the BBB as I did in the past and had to retract the complaint in order to get my furniture delivered per Jolee.Save yourself hearthache (when you see the condition your furniture arrives in you will be sick) and grief and find a professional moving company that does things the correct way, such as taking an inventory of your items, numbering boxes, not hiring people off the street to move your items, trust me there are professional ones out there and this is NOT the company to find them at! My rating for this company is ZERO, they have an F with the Better Business Bureau, take a look for yourself and see the wonderful concern show in their responses regarding unsolved issues, Jolee (supposedly the devils name) only insults and name calls does not once show any concern whatsoever, DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY-contact the Inspector Generals Office of the DOT and file a complaint, trust all the bad reviews you see and do not believe one good one because for sure they wrote them themselves as they forced us to sign a paper stating we would not say anything bad about them in order to get our furniture delivered, they could not care less about damages or anything else, my rating is a -10 for this scam dog company and their low life employees who just know how to name call-read the reviews on the BBB.org site and see for yourself, they are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and don't know the first thing about customer service or care either.
