Barbara,  This company has committed loan modification fraud. There are plenty of smart people, including myself, who have been ripped-off by this company and are now facing bankruptcy and foreclosure.  You should be very careful when scrutinyzing peoples' intelligence, especially those in desperate financial situations, when you use and misspell the word "gunna" on a public forum.  This company took us for over $2000 and as a result of their negligence we are facing a bankruptcy.  We never received any documentation or paperwork to forward to Allstate Title becuase they never did anything to get us a loan modification in the firat place.  Furthermore, the attorney who is the registered president of the company, claims that he sent out a letter to all Allstate clients.  We never received one.  I only found out this company had closed its doors becuase I no longer received any responses from emails I sent; when I inquired with the company holding my mortgage (which is in fact in foreclosure) they told me they received nothing.  To top it all off, I now owe $10,000 more on my mortgage than I did before I entered into business with Allstate Title.  They are liars and scam artists.

 About 12 months ago I had been looking for a car and couldnt get approved from a can of soda with how bad my credit score was at this point. I am very good friends with my banker at wachovia and decided to ask him if he knew anyone that could help. He handed me a business card and informed me that Lou Silver and the staff at ABC Credit formally Allstate Business had helped him get a loan modification on his house and helped him get his credit back into the high 700's again. Later that evening I had called there office and made an appointment for the following day. I sat down with Lou and Joe and they fully informed on the process of credit restoration. They even told me once they were done fixing my credit they would coach me on how to enhance my credit score even more and coach me on how to keep it that way. Long story short its 12 months later and my credit went from a 520 to a 700 and I am driving a vehicle with 3% interest rate. I could not be any happier and till this day Joe and Lou still sit down and meet with me and teach me how to keep my score where its at.

 Basically your story is just bogus and your probably just an angry client that didnt follow the guidelines of your loan mod or your credit repair. What people dont understand, that I did, is you have a part in fixing your credit and doing your mod there are times where documents come to your house and you need to send to their office within a certain time peroid. Not sending paperwork to them breaches your contract and legally they do not have to give you a refund ( if you read the contract you would know this). So if your not smart enough to follow a few simple rules that are gunna benefit you in the long run maybe you dont deserve to be helped. Your saying they closed there doors on you which also isnt true cause less thn a week after they moved I recieve a letter of the new location their new number and there new fax. Like I said your most likely an angry client that didnt follow the guidelines and you didnt see results so now your in complaint mode. I have recommended ABC Credit Consultants to my closest family and all my friends and not one of them have had a complaint or a problem. Thank You for helping me ABC
