These guys are a bunch of clowns. I took my Toyota Matrix to these guys because the claimed to be experts in electrical work. I told a guy named Reid all of the symptoms I was having and suggested that the alternator may be going bad. He told me that they would find the problem and fix it right away. They're website claims free towing. Reid assured me that yes, it was free and he would send his guy right out.

After 2 weeks they claimed it was a faulty headlight switch that shorted out my console. They assured me that a new headlight switch would fix the problem. After dropping $155, nothing changed. 3 WEEKS LATER, they still hadn't found the problem. They gave up. I told them on Wednesday that I'd be there Friday morning to get my car, they said they'd have it ready. I showed up and waited for hours in their dirty, stinky, run down waiting room while they "put my car back together".

After they put the car back together (so they claimed), they battery was dead. A brand new battery. I asked the mechanic if he'd checked the alternator like I had proposed and he said he hadn't been instructed to! He stood there looking dumbfounded. Then they hit me with the bill. The sons of b****es tried to charge me for the free towing! They claimed that they had no record that Reid verified the free towing, and that Reid was going to be "out" for several weeks...I refused to pay it, so this other guy, T.O. said he'd check with the owner.

After what felt like a used car sales pitch, T.O. came in and informed me that the owner would split the cost of towing with me, and that was final. If I wanted my car back I had to sign the work order and pay them. They held my car hostage! Once I finally got my car out of that hell-hole, I took it to another mechanic. In 2 hours he diagnosed it as a bad alternator. He then told me that there was no way a headlight switch could have caused the problem, that to even suggest so was ridiculous. He said there was nothing wrong with my old headlight switch.

Furthermore, he informed me that the wiring in my car was left in a complete mess. He was good enough to take pictures for me at my request. Bottom Line: This company is a complete joke. Their "mechanics" don't know what the hell they're doing, they are slow (not even open on Saturdays), incompetent, and engage in deceptive advertising practices. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
