AllTel Financial Services Broke 2 year Contract by Failing to provide Services as agreed & Then Harassement Ripoff Little Rock Arkansas

I Purchased Alltel phone & All America Plan in 2002 Oct. for My Once in a Lifetime Retirement Trip in the southern states of the United States during the
winter of 2002-2003. I have Never been so angry or flustrated about not being able to find signal strength to make a phone call, when we did get through in a very few spots to report a phone problem at least 4 differant times, When We returned back home after being gone for 6 months Friends &relatives complaining they couldn't get in touch with Us!!! We had the Phone checked Out & they said there was nothing wrong with it. In discussions with the desk clerk where I purchased the phone We found that Alltel hadn't told their affialate companys in the south & southwest that We were OK'ed to use the all America calling plan with them!! That took the cake right then I told the clerk the Contract was Void as Alltel failed to provide the Serice asagreed.

Alltel then reported to the three Major Credit Reporting Agencies that I owed them $315.00. This was reported in the fall of 2004 this caused Me Damages to My Credit Rating & 2 loan refusals as a result. in 2005 I sucessfully got the Alltel Fraudlent Claim as They broke the Contract therefor I was under no obligation & legal debt owed to Alltel ! All three Experian, TransUnion, & Equifax all removed the Negative Alltel Account from My Credit File which should never have been placed there in first place..

Alltel Now turned the account over to AFNI, Inc. to do their dirty work for them to accomplish someting they couldn't, To continued the Credit Fraud Statement to My Good Name!!! AFNI reported to all 3 Major Credit Reporting Agencies that they are owed $362.00 which includes a substantial Fee they added to Original Alltel Balance. I have Disputed this Claim with all 3 & to date
without any progress. This Alltel Activity is nothing short of Credit Reporting Fraud on thier part & Harassment in an attempt to extort Money.
