Alltel ripoff dishonest billing and reps Little Rock Arkansas

I have been a Alltel customer for 4 years. In the past 4 years the problems have got worse! When I first signed up with Alltel I never received a bill- after calling several times. Finally I received a bill. The day I received the bill my phone was disconnected and required a $500.00 payment by phone in order to have it reconnected.

Everytime there has been a problem I have called the 1-800# and spoke to a customer service rep. who helped me settle the issue (at least I thought). Most of the time I called was due to my bill being more than it should have been. Then when I received my bill- the amount was more than told on the phone by the rep. and Alltel never seems to have documentation of there calls. They act like you are crazy.

This last time was the final straw. I had excess roaming charges. I am in sales and use my cell. phone a lot. I had the 5 county unlimited plan. I ended up with a cell phone bill of $800.00. I knew a couple times when I was in roam, but was charged for 3 days of roaming when I had no idea I was in roam- the phone never went into roam. They refused to take off the roaming charges. I called to find out the best way to handle this and how to fix it so it did not happen again. They sold me into a NATIONAL FREEDOM plan- by doing this my phone bill was going to be $199.99 + taxes. I got my bill and it was $689.00.

Nobody at Alltel again had any idea what I was talking about! I sure did not make it up. I told them to disconnect the phone and I would go else where. They did inform me of a $200.00 disconnection fee. I just received my last bill for $1,183.00! They charged me for over a month when I had no phone plus the $200.00.
Alltel is the biggest scam- I could go on and on about problems I have had!
