Alltel rotten customer service, fraudulent billing, Little Rock Arkansas

Starts with ordering a new phone, phone is no good can not get them to return it,finely do get it returned they will not credit my credit card for refund only would put it put on my Alltel bil. Ordered another phone and am told have to switch my service from cell one to alltel to get better connections and add my circle. My circle took 3 months to set up nobody could figure out why it did not work for me (did not get to take advantage of my circle for the first three months) tuff they said. To set up my circle you have to set up my acount on line, somewhere trying to set up my account somebody punched something saying I do not want a written bil. I have not gotten a monthly statement for three months, still have not 6 months later (they claim they are sending it) I do not get it at this address we have made sure it is the right address many times. Finally got a copy of the first three months billing, now am disputing charges, they claim they can not go back that far. Alltel has been told many times in the last 6 months that my account is not set up the way we were told they have credited my acount for some of theses errors, that are their fault. I have refused to pay my bill now until we can get a written monthly statement, they shut my phone service off 20 days ago for non payment, they are scheduled to shut me down again Saturday, March 3,07. We have made numerous phone calls and e-mails to resolve this isuue in the last 20 days, we can not get anywhere. I have lost my cool a couple of times with trying to get these issues resolved, 6 months of trying is a long time.
