Alltransit LLC Daniel Leibowitz, Thomas Lavingata , Anthony Salerno, Gil Suarez, Milton James , Vanessa Jordan, Wrontful Termination, Harassment,racism, Bullying and illegally charging drivers $250 for fines for speeding over 2 miles an hour over the limit and for preventable accidents Arverne, New York

   Hello readers and members of the community. I have been ripped off badly along with other hard workers by this company. First off let me say that you should never work or do business with this company.  They are a bunch of shady con-artists. They will pass off $250 dollar fines sent by Metro Transit Authority meant for the company and Alltransit LLC would push it off on their drivers to pay for like things speeding.

  Speeding is when you get caught by a sworn in official like a highway patrolman or a police officer of the state. The officer would then issue you a ticket. The only strange thing is there is no cop and no ticket the company would just say we clocked you speeding and that you have to pay a fine of $250 dollars which I never paid but other individuals in Alltransit LLC have been intimidated by the company too scared to take them to court. Now that there is illegal and is in direct violation with the department of labor. Now if someone demands that you pay them for speeding and the company takes your money they should all be thrown in jail period.

  Now the next issue would be the fines coming from the company for preventable accidents. Hmm since when is an accident preventable...... its not! because thats why they call it an accident. This company will charge you $250 dollars for that too. It seems to me like the company uses that money to pay for the deductable on the vehicles by the drivers all of this is not even mentioned in the contract. This company will lie to you saying that there is plenty of work and money to be made but for whom because I never saw it at all. They tell you its $40 hours a week guaranteed they also lied about that. they will try to duck you on your raise saying that they are busy or that they are always in a meeting.

  The next issue would be the union that they have in there which is also corrupt they are in bed with the company because the company brought them in. Any real union would not let things like this happen especially for the hard average worker which is sad. You will lose money working for this company in any form or fashion.

  This company leaves you no room for growth because it presents a hostile working environment when they want to search your bags illegally which I replied are you a police officer then they backed off. I was wrongfully terminated I have my proof when they signed off on it when I stuck up for everyone else who was taken advantage of when Alltransit LLC began robbing people for $250 dollars a piece illegally by force using this as a tactic to take their money from them illegally. I want this company to be  exposed for the times they have wrongfully terminated others and lied to the department of labor saying that they left on their own.

   They make you drive around is busted up hazardous vehicles which puff out more smoke than a chimney stack. Then they refuse to pay you for the 15 minutes to pretrip your vehicle. Lets face it this company is one big sham and I hope they get whats coming to them because karma will have its way. Stay away from this company as far as you can and if your currently working for them leave now while you can. They do not know how to properly treat their workers with respect. They will illegally fradulate their paperwork and deny and lie till their blue in the face. This company has been investigated by the department of labor numerous times including for fraud.
