Allura skin and Allusiv eye creams charged me 89.95 for allura skin and 85.95 for allusiv eye creams when I called to cancel the orders. I was told I did not call within 14 days prior to the order and I would not be refunded my money. There were no requirements shown on web site that stipulated a 14 day cancellation period to get a full refund. I cancelled within 20 days and was refused a refund on both products. California

I responed to an adverstiment on the internet for the Allura skin and Assusiv eye creams. According to the add, if you paid s&h fees for both products(4.95-allusiv eye cream; 5.95-allura skin cream you would receive these products for said prices. When I receive my credit card bill, I had been charged both s&h fees and full price for both items. I had tried to cancel these orders, however, I was told I did not do it within the 14 days suggested. There were no stipulations or requirements on the web paper that stated such. they agree to refund me 35% on each order and a free sample of the skin serum. I was refused full refunds on each product.
