The company offered a "free trial...only pay shipping" which was under $5.  The fine print buried on their website states that unless you cancel the program within 14 days of shipment you will be charged the full amount of over $80 per product.

They carged my credit card the full amount only 10 days after receiving the product. No details regaridn cancellation charges were included with the shioment.  I called to cancel the program and was told "sorry, you should ahve gone to our website and known what the terms and conditions are".

Lesson learned: beware the fine print in ALL "free trail" promotions, and cancel well within the fine print terms they hide from you.

AEHART Skin Cream Hart Allure Cream I ordered a trial of Allure Skin Cream, then eye cream popped up as well. I read the terms and conditions thoroughly. It said I had 14 days to review and to call a certain #, I also was given one confirmation #. I called within the 14 days and said I was cancelling my whole order. This was charged 89.92 on Aug 5 the day I cancelled. They would only give me 75% credit Ibecause I had only cancelled the eye cream. I was given one order no. And only one phone # to call. They lied thru their teeth and I am out $20.00. The product didn't even come til Day 14th. CO was on the bill. Internet

Allure Skin Cream I ordered a trial size of product. I received that and then, without my consent, they charged me full price for 1 week's worth of product and then they put me on a list to continue indefinitely the product. They continued to charge full price. After 2 months I called to stop this madness and they said it was my fault so there was nothing they could do! Huntington Beach CA

ReVitalize Skin Serum The company name that came through from the bank was Allure Skin. The phone number was also invalid. I was charge 89.95 on two separate occasions and finally got through to this weird automated call center and spoke to Rahul who continuously told me I could not have a refund. I told him they did. It have authorization to charge my card he was trying to give me. Refund for 35%, 50% and then 75% but I stood my ground and said I wanted the full refund. I still get to see the full refund. I was refunded 89.95. I called a second time to inform them I did not get all of the money back and that is where I was told that they do not let you return the item. I have never heard of such a thing! I was also told that since I filed a dispute with my bank they would no longer talk with Me and that disputes are a 3 way call with myself the bank and them. I hope that others see this and dont buy anything from them. Fountain valley California
