The last time I ordered my 15 year old dog's medicine from this company it came late, so I ordered well in advance this time before she would run out. I placed order 37440 on September 11th and it should have arrived in 7-10 business days. I started emailing the company after I had not seen my order and never received a response. I called and spoke to "Elizabeth" who claims to be a Supervisor. She told me that USPS or UPS had lost my order (there are many folks on the internet who wrote that allvetmed claimed the same thing with them- which on an older order of mine they had used the same excuse, which is why I do not believe it). Elizabeth would not do anything to get my dog's medicine to her right away. She would not overnight it, claiming she would not lose her job over it. The best she could do is get it to me the next week, which we were speaking on September 28th, 17 days after I placed my order and 7 days later than the latest day it should have shipped. She was already very rude over the phone, didn't make any attempt to compensate me for my troubles except for refunding my order (which she yelled at me about). I didn't see this as an option since my dog so badly needs her pain medication. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, which is when she told me she was it. I asked to speak to the owner, and she said he is never there. I asked for the name of the owner and she gave me "Richard Smith". I ased for any other Supervisor and she said there is a shipping supervisor, which I asked to speak to and that is when she hung up on me. I called back and "Elizabeth" stated she placed me on hold and that lost our connection. This is when I started demanding she ship my dog's medicine and again she said she would not overnight it, but could do next day although it wouldn't get to me until Tuesday. Well, I know as well as anyone if you ship next day it should arive the next day- not next week. They use both USPS and UPS and I know USP could have gotten my dog's medicine to my home by the next day. She started yelling at me over the phone that it could either get to me on Tuesday (almost a month after I ordered) or she could refund my money. I again wanted to speak to someone else and she yelled and I mean yelled at me and then hung up. I have never been treated this way by a company who I spend my hard earned money with. The biggest problem is my poor 15 year old dog who is in so much pain and still without her med's. I have since ordered from someone else, but to get the perscription and ship it I still have to wait. This company shouldn't be in business since poor animals are affected who do not have a say in the matter. She did nothing to keep my business, to make the situation better, or to regain my trust. Yelling at customers and hanging up on them is not a way to conduct business. I stressed for a whole day checking my bank account until the money was refunded. I am still stressing over my dog's pain. This is uncalled for and I cannot believe what I went through. I started doing a search on the internet and I am not the only person this has happended to. Similar stories about mail carriers being blamed for products not received. I can contest this has happended before to myself. Shame on them, shame on the lady over the phone, and shame on the owner for not making this better.
