Notice the general counsil here is a "Chris G." ...... That general counsil is none other that CHRIS GUISE. Former general counsil for well known Dallas oil fraud SAMEER SETHI who has milked MILLIONS from investors with absolutely NO return. A simple google search regarding Sethi will yeild jaw dropping results.

These foxes run in the same circles. I know Scotty Alms is very close with Sameer Sethi AS I HAVE PERSONALLY seen them in meetings together attempting to steal money.

The proprietary technology Scotty claims to own is a special frac mixture he claims will take wells from 3 BOPD to 30. Again, these foxes run in the same circles. Be aware.

And I dare them to challenge this post. IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE AS I NEVER REVEAL MY HAND. I WILL CONTINUE TO DROP BOMBS on ALL PARTIES INVOLVED. TEST ME. PLEASE.

This report is false.  I have information regarding Alms Energy, LLC,  from its inception, and can prove the falsity of the claims made.  This report stems from a potential oil & gas deal where Alms Energy, LLC would provide proprietary intellectual know-how in order to maximize oil & gas production while simultaneously providing access to mineral owners of certain lands in a strategic oil & gas play in the Eagle Ford shale.

Never once, at any time,  was there a claim that Alms Energy currently had mineral ownership or a mineral lease in place.  Our claim was the opportunity to secure land through our broad and numerous contacts in Texas, followed by application of  Alms Energy intellectual know-how in the oil field.

The report also claimed that Alms Energy will "still" (sic) from you"  Alms Energy is a new company formed in June 2015.  Alms Energy has not taken, received, benefitted from any funding source, whether a human being, company, or any other entity, so any claim of taking money is simply untrue.  Alms Energy is starting an Exploration & Production company and some scorned individual posted a false report about Alms Energy for unknown reasons.

Another claim was that Scotty owns "several oil & gas companies" and he owns "nothing"  Both of these claims are false as well.   Alms Energy and its owner, Scotty Alms, never claimed to own several oil and gas companies, but Scotty does own an oilfield services company called Sunset OilField Services in addition to Alms Energy, LLC. (can easily be found on the web)
