Same story as the others, but i was guarenteed a refund. I just contacted Client Care Relations (the company handling thier customer relations, and probably just as involved in the scam as Alpha Credit). Client Care Relations claims as of yesterday 10/14/03 Alpha Credit is out of business and a refund is not possible!
