Alpha Fuel refused to refund charges to my account for their product even though I cancelled my membership within the prescribed amount of time. Furthermore, the 'customer service representatives" refuse to let me speak with a supervisor or transfer my call to anyone that has decision making power. Savannah Georgia

I purchased Alpha Fuel and Alpha Cut off of a website link on Facebook on December 21,2016 for shipping and handling charges only. I called and cancelled my memebership on January 4,2017; exactly 14 days from the purchase date. I did a screenshot of the disclaimer information at the bottom of their web page which detailed information about refunds, when I would be billed for autoship of the next months supply and a phone number to cancel.

The information provided by the company states, "if for any reason you do not find this product is right for you we will gladly give you a full refund, no questions asked". There is also no certain amount of days listed that spicifies cancellation must be done within a particular amount of time. Yet, after speaking with several customer service representatives, I was informed that I had to cancel within 14 days to get a refund. I cancelled on the 14th day and yet I'm told by every customer service representative that I am NOT entitled a refund of the $89.99 they charged me, 4 days before they were supposed to!!

I have since found out that this company is a scam. Their website, alphamusclesupreme.com, is totally blank. The only return address they provide is a P.O. Box in Savannah, GA.
