Alpha Multimedia Alpha Multimedia Kiosk investors be-aware! No national advertising, no return on investment, poor customer service, big scam! Mississauga Ontario Canada

I purchased two (2) of Alpha Multimedia Inc. (the Company hereafter) Communication Kiosks (the Kiosks hereafter) in August 2006 after attending their presentation with their National Sales Manager Marcel Gelineault and customer service representative Mandy Hui at the company's site. I paid a total of CAD $41,400.00, including tax and location fees, from our savings.

I have the following complains so far,

1) I signed purchasing contract and made the payment in August 2006 company did not find the location for the Kiosks until october 2006. Also I was to recommended Petrocanada location near my home . the idea behind Petrocanada locations was national advertisement and advertisement from Petrocanada vendors will advertise on the kiosks and will earn the investors good amount of money. from october I have not seen any advertisement that made any money for my investment.
during the intial verbal discussion with the National Sales Manager I asked about why Petrocanada location ? he mentioned the advertisements will give you enough profit from the two machines. so I selected Petrocanada location. and the result -----frustation .. no phone calls were returned on why there is no advertisement on my machines as I been told so . A great Fiasko.

2) Almost keeping the machines on the Petrocanada location for almost 8 months and no income , finally a got news that the machines will be moved to a new place . the new customer service representative informed me that he will work at his best and will provide some better locations asap . Again after so many phone calls, emails and messages he came out with some location approximately minimum 200 kms from my home place in some hotel . time wise it was about 3 months now . I personally went to the office and asked for location details. I have to come back again the same day in the afternoon because I didnt had any appointment. The customer service person helped me in selecting some new locations , after carefull selection I opted for two big hotels one in burlington and one in london . I thought atlas it will all work fine and everthing is lined up. I waited for them for the installation process. Again I called , left messages and email for the status of my machines. Answer I got customer service is that He left message to Bell who is the Internet service provider .

After waiting for 2 months I have to go again at the company office to find out . again I have to wait to talk with the person who is just 6 feet away in his office . when I asked about the status he told me that it is not Bell but the hotel is asking more money for the location. I was pretty sure he was not telling the truth. he then said I dont have the location right now , checking on me whether I will go away or not, When I waited and told that I want to select the locations right now he called the National Sales Manager and got some locations from his computer.

Seeing that I am not happy with all these he agreed to move the machines without any charge if the machines does not perform well in the next three months ..time frame is DEC 2007

3) I selected two locations and when I saw that there were ads running on the machines, I inquired about ads and I got answer that they were tasting the ads . this is done without my knowledge and permission. I suspect that they dont want to share the revenue from the advertisement. they always say it is your machine and you will decide what will go on the machines. Not if they want ....Remote control is in their hand all we can do is to see and ask and or complaint.
If I want to place and ad myself I will have to sign the paperwork and complete all formalities but not for them.

4) lastly after so much of frustation I asked the company to sell my machines to the customers who are interested in buying machines -- NO LUCK IN THIS MATTER ALSO.

Alpha multi media is interested in selling the kiosk once it is sold we are left alone. you cannot control your own machines as everything has to go throught the company and at their discretion.

I know there are lot of small investors like me who are ripped off like me and waiting for answers , or some kind of path forward in this matter.
I am going with lawyers to sue them
Also like to join a class-action lawsuit.
