Alpha Warranty Services Stay away! Do not purchase extended Warranty!! Internet

We are disappointed to hear that this customer is frustrated with their recent claim. On August 8^th, it was reported by the customer’s repair facility that the right front air shock had failed.

This customer purchased a stated component contract meaning that every component covered is specifically listed in the service contract. Unfortunately for this customer, the air shock or air suspension compressor is not a listed component on this plan. We do have other coverage options that do cover the air suspension compressor but this particular plan does not.

The customer mentioned that they saw a testimonial on our website where we had paid for an air suspension compressor for another customer. He is absolutely correct that we did pay for this same mechanical breakdown for another customer.  We have a recently paid claim listed on our website of July 16^th 2014 where the air compressor was replaced at a cost of $797. The reason it was covered for this customer is because they had purchased our Alpha Tiered Full Coverage plan which does in fact cover the air suspension compressor. Unfortunately, this component is not listed for coverage under the plan purchased by this customer.

We regret his frustration but wish to point out that these complaints filed online amount to less than .001% of all service contracts that we provide. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and have been chosen as a top service contract provider by several companies.
