Alpine Access Suspension/Lies/Deceat/No Help/ Internet

wow!!!! I sit and read all the issues, of course the ones who side with this company are the team leaders pets. just like when we were in school, someone always has a pet.Believe the stories where the employee has been treated like crap, please dont believe the very few that actually stick up for the company,those are the ones who kiss the behinds to get to the top.the little people that dont want to kiss anything are the ones that get booted.i have been with this alpine for 20 months, i'm a loyal employee,who works very hard and defends she company alpine has me working for,even though i dont believe in this company i get on the phone, answer with the greeting of there name.i would not even belong to the company i give the greeting for as they are thieves,and after reviewing the bills are always taking advantage of the people who use there company.as for alpine my team leader takes me off the phones in the middle of a call with a customer and she suspends me for call advoidence. i'm shocked,how stupid that i would put my long term job in this economy at risk to not answer a call. i asked my team lead about these calls and she said i had one on a certain date,i then expalined to her why out of all the calls i took on that day would i choose to avoid one.so stupid,this is just there way of getting rid of you. as i read all the compliants as i search the internet on alpine access i have learned i'm not the only one this has happened too.as for my team lead i now know why she talks on her cell and not the work phone,she is one of the nastiest people i have ever meet.the things she said to me on the phone the three times i spoke with her,you see this is my 6th. team lead since i have been with alpine,all was wonderful except for the team lead i have now.she has verbally spoke down to me,as also harrased me.i will file a law suit against this company and everyone who touched my file.please dont believe in the people that tell you how great this company is,or how much they love there job,they are proberly one of the higher ups writing the comment.i have spoken to alot of employees and they feel the same way,peolple are just to scared to make a move,but i'm not. my team lead is going to regret she even did this to me,as i loose my job she will have to go down with her ship as well.she could not even tell me how long i will be suspended,as i'm now sitting here on my 6th day suspended as she has her two days off and could care less about the food she is taking off my table and the mouths of my kids.i have had no updates on my situation as she could care less about me.
