Al's Appliance Sales & Service ripoff Aurora Colorado

I called Al's appliances to sell a gas stove i had in the kitcheni initially spoke to a Teresa she said i'll have someone look at the stove to see how much we'll pay for the stove if they had wanted it so she sent someone out to pick up the stove i was cooking when they arrived a few days later the mover was very nice he asked if i wanted him to hook up the new stove i had sitting in the kitchen i said "sure"the next following Monday i called and spoke w/Alice she said Teresa will be in on Thursday. I called thursday at 11:30 spoke with Teresa she had no idea what was going on since she had been out said she'll call me back today. Teresa did not call back so i called Al's appliances and Alice answered i said "this is Pam can i speak to Teresa" Teresa is not in and has not been in the office since last week i said kindly "stop lying i spoke w/her earlier today and she has not called me back regarding the stove" so then i spoke to a Derrick i said "i'm getting frustrated this is not how you treat customers please be honest w/me" he say's hold and let me find out what is going on Derrick says we'll i can't even find the stove and to describe it "ok it's a yellow stove w/2 ovens" he say's i'll call you back when i have located the stove. The next day Paul calls say's her's the deal we broke the stove down for parts i say "ok but what about what Teresa and i talked abou"t then i speak w/Teresa again she's more upset than i am? she say's look here we don't buy stoves this color (yellow) and by the way u owe us $79 for hooking up your other stove??? take it or leave ...click she slams down/hung the phone (how professional)"no i don't and if this was the case why hasn't anyone said anything about me owing b4 now???" so now i'm knowing they really cannot locate the stove and do not want to pay for the stove. I call back speaking w/Derrick he says look this is the bottom line it's $35 for the work order for us to come out $79 for us to have hooked up your stove so we'll call it even i let him know my whole point is how this escalated to this and Teresa NEVER said i'm going to owe them anything and today i've spoke to at least three or four diferent people and everyone has come up w/a different story about how not to have to pay me for the stove. I told teresa at first it's an older model stove i'm not looking for much for it and if it's to old and u don't need it kool, but no everyone there had to come up w/a different story each time i would which tells me they could have paid me for the stove or they would have told me up front we do not need the stove! simple as that i know when the guys come out to your home they let you know right then and there on about how much, if they can use the items or not, etc. because i have reffered a friend of mine whom al's has purchased her stove and dishwasher from b4, they used trickery to keep the stove and not have to pay for it when none of this was necessary if Teresa would have spoke w/ me and communicated w/me throughout this ordeal it probably would a been ok but they had to SCAM me obviously they have been doing this all along to customers. BEWARE OF AL'S APPLIANCES
