Al's Heating and A/C Service LLC, FRAUD ALERT! Al's Heating and A/C Service LLC SHADY, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKED Lindenwold New Jersey

 I would NEVER recommend Albert Siligrini or his business AL's heating and AC services LLC.

I hired AL's Heating & AC Service LLC to install a brand new ac unit for me at my property located at 1503 Mason Run Pine Hill NJ 08021. I paid them $3300 ($1650 on June 6th 2014 before the work started and $1650 June 10th 2014 after the work completed).

After about 7 days the AC unit stopped working and was no longer cooling. I called AL and he went over to my property and confirmed that the unit installed was defective and it would be replaced in 2 days - he uninstalled the AC compressor and took it away.

As of today July 10th (2 weeks since I told him the ac stopped working), no replacement was ever made. It is the middle of summer, there are small children in the home and it is terribly hot. It has been a series of back and forth with him full of excuses - I have contacted him almost every day.

On July 8^th, I had a second opinion contractor go in just to confirm what was going on and I was informed that the electrical installed was not up to code, instead of using sheet metal to support the AC unit he used tape and he took out the compressor piece. Without the compressor the AC pieces have been left open to the elements gathering moisture which could potentially cause more damage.

At this point, I've chosen to no longer use AL’s heating and cooling based on this and requested a full refund. Albert Siligrini the owner told me none of it was his fault, instead he blamed my tenant for using the AC even though he was the one who installed the defective unit and stated he would not be giving me a refund even though he knew and confirmed he had installed a defective unit. 

I will be filing a report with the NJ state department of Consumer Affairs and also with the Better Business Bureau of NJ. This complany is fraudulent!
