Bought a Dell laptop from these guys not long ago. It arrived all well packed, brand new as described.

BUT!!!! The laptop is upside down for some reason! I open it, and where the keyboard is, it's the screen, and the keyboard is instead of where the screen is supposed to be! How is this even possible? Do they check what kind of product they ship?

I don't know... had to return the item. Just could't get used to the fact that I have to use an upside down laptop...
