I retained the services of Mr. Mihai Pavaloaie, the founder of Alternate FX in management of my Forex investment. Alternate FX guaranteed the if there is over a 10% loss in my asset as a result of their investment methods, that they would compensate me and make up for teh loss by provideing me an equivalent $ amount of their software for my personla use. After he lost $8800 of my investment with his extremely poor and very unprofessional mis-management of my assets (allowing his Expert adviser Autotraders make bids and not checking on them for days at a time or making large manual trades at huge losses just to "test his hypothesis", I reached out to him over three weeks to compensate me for my loss according to our agreement. All my calls went unanswered and Mr. Mihai Pavaloaie running the account just vanished, never answering any of my emails or calls.
If you ever want to enter any type of contract with this individual or his company, do yourself a favor and run away before he destroys your entire asset with his mismanagement and dissapear.

A few weeks following the submission of the original report, Mr. Pavaloaie contacted me and explained to me that he had been involved in an automobile accident and that is the reason why he was unable to contact me. Furthermore, he went ahead and honored all of our agreements points and made me whole again. I have been working with Mr. Pavaloaie since then on other projects and I have had no further issue with him or his company and find him a very smart and capable programmer.
Additionally, I just realized that in my report, I had erroneously mentioned the name “Dagmar Zobacova ” and that was an oversight and a mistake on my part as at the time I was working with many different programmers including Dagmar Zobacova who had nothing to do this issue. To correct this mistake, I contacted the RipOffReport several times via email to have that name removed, but unfortunately I was informed that all the complaints filed with this site are the properties of the site and it is RipOffReports policy not to modify or make any deletions to the original submissions and my only remedy to this mistake was to make a mention of that mistake in my follow up addendum-which I am doing on here.
