Iwin Herbal charged $88.97 to my credit card: unauthorizied Glendale california

i ordered a trial bottle of acai berry from iwin herbal for $5.99. that was o.k. the next thing i know, im sent two more bottles and my credit card is charged $88.97!!! i tried and tried the toll free number, but no one would pick up. i emailed the address i was supposed to and got no response. it says in their ad that if you send back a package without their authorization number on the outside of the package that it WILL be REFUSED!

i finally got ahold of someone on the phone after the second email. he told me i had to use the email and please be patient!!! the third email i sent came back with address unknown!!!

i have filed a dispute with my credit card company and pray that i get a refund. i didn't even know about this site, i just stumbled on it and can not beleive all the other people who have been scammed be this company. they need to pay people back and then be shut down!!!
