I recieved an e-mail offering a free trial for a colon cleanse. All I had to pay was the shipping. Two weeks later I noticed a 89.31 charge on my bank statement. At this point I still hadn't recieved the free trial. I called them to complain and the woman said that I accepted this charge when I checked the terms & agreements. She also said that the free trial was put on hold. Of course it was, that was to blind-side me and charge my account before I could try the product or to hope I would forget to call and cancel the monthly subscription. Honestly I didn't see that there was to be a charge every month. My mistake, but I don't believe that a reputable company would hold it against me and refuse to refund my money. Boy was I wrong. I finally recieved the free trial a week later and tried it (since I paid the original shipping). It didn't work for me. That's why it was put on hold. If I had the chance to try their product I would definately have canceled. I wasn't given that chance. I canceled my bank debit card that same day (I was charged) so they couldn't continue to charge me. A week after the free trial I recieved the monthly supplement and sent it back unopened. I still haven't been refunded. This should be illegal on thier part and I hope something is done abbout it.
