Alternative Rev. Services Attorney Timothy Gibson Unethical attorney and scam company Aurora, Colorado

Three weeks ago Alternative Rev. Systems and Timothy S. Gibson obtained a writ of garnishment to garnish my wages. I filed bankruptcy the same day and the letters to the creditors went out the next. I called and spoke with a Chris Baca, who was VERY rude to make sure he got the motion to stay and was stopping my garnishment. He advised me that "it wasn't his problem anymore" and that it was now up to my employer to reverse the garnishment process. Today, 15 days after my file date I was notified by my employer that my wages will be garnished on 4/30 per Adams County Courts. I called Adams County, the US Bankruptcy Courts, and eventually had to leave work to go file my creditor meeting document with Adams County because TIMOTHY S. GIBSON DID NOT DO HIS JOB and file the notice he got - the notice that he is legally responsible to file. If I hadn't had the time to or ability to take care of this today, my wages would be garnished due to his negligance. I'm filing a grievance with the bar and I reccommend anyone else that has been victimized by this unethical and careless "attorney" to do so as well!
