Alterra Pest Control Buggy Business Practices Atlanta Georgia

 I own two homes and use two different pest control companies. Alterra Pest Control has been supposedly coming to my home in Flowery Branch, yet neither my daughter nor I have seen them come do whatever it is they charge me for doing. They do not leave notices that they've been here nor can we see any evidence of a decrease in pests. My other pest control company at my second home calls the night before they come out. They show up and do the treatment. They leave an invoice, AND there is a huge difference in the amount of spiders and other pests since they've been coming. When I tried to tell Alterra customer service of these things I was told they could tell me each day they were at my home because it's in their computer.... Even though I was here and no one came on the date they gave me. I cancelled my service and they charged me $100, literally immediately after I hung up the phone, because my contract wasn't up. Why should I continue a service that there is NO evidence I am receiving, other than the charge on my credit card. Disabled people are often taken advantage of and this is one of those times. Shame on you, Alterra!
